1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Transifyr, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts and licenses
You are responsible for protecting your devices, accounts, and credentials. You must provide accurate information and must not share, resell, forge, or attempt to bypass license limitations.
Some features may work without an account. Google sign-in enables license linking, STT balance synchronization, and use of that balance on supported devices. Only one Cloud STT session may use an account wallet at a time unless the Services state otherwise.
3. License to use the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application for lawful personal or internal purposes, subject to your plan, license, and the rules of the store from which you obtained the application.
4. Audio, transcripts, and your content
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us and necessary providers to process audio, transcripts, and related data only to provide, secure, and support the features you request.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent and legal rights required before recording, transcribing, translating, or sharing another person’s speech. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction.
5. Purchases, STT balance, and refunds
Prices, taxes, payment methods, and refund conditions may vary by platform and region. App Store and Google Play transactions are also governed by the applicable store terms. Other transactions may be handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.
STT balance is a service entitlement, not money, has no cash value, and is not transferable except through supported account synchronization. A refund or payment reversal may deduct credits and may make an account balance negative. Cloud features may then be unavailable until the balance is repaid or replenished.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights; gain unauthorized access; distribute malware; harass or abuse others; evade usage, payment, or security controls; reverse engineer except where law permits; or disrupt the Services.
7. Third-party services
Some features depend on operating systems, app stores, Google, speech, translation, AI, payment, or other providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. We do not control third-party availability or outputs.
8. Accuracy and high-risk use
Transcripts, translations, speaker recognition, and AI-generated content may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Do not rely on the Services as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or other high-risk decisions. You must review outputs before using them.
9. Changes, interruptions, and termination
We may update, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the Services for security, legal, or operational reasons. We may suspend access for suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every transcript, translation, or AI output will be accurate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Transifyr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
